How do I track my order?

  You are able to track your deliver by providing order number to our Customer Service.

 

 As most parcels will reach their destination within 2 weeks, we are unable to query your parcel before this time. If this time has passed and you have still not received your parcel please feel free  to contact our Customer Services.

What are your delivery options?

You are able to choose standard delivery for free shipping or pay extra charger for fast delivery which is shipped directly from store to your doorstep.

How do I return an item?
 

We will gladly accept your return of Unused merchandise within 45 days from the date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are always free, Please feel free to contact Customer Service to provide item ID and shipping label.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

NO, Sorry, currently we do not offer international shipping to any country beyond Malaysia. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call/email us.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

All products must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product.
